    Looks like a good one if you’re trying to rest a sore hand! Anyway, I’m headed to see my doctor after work today. If I have time I’ll try to make this one since it’s all lower body stuff. I’ll keep you posted on what the doc says Joe.

    Yes, I think it might have happend on the deadlift / push up / box jump AMRAP. When letting go of the heavy deadlift I may have followed the bar down to the ground and took the rebound off the floor with the palm of my hand. The 100 pull ups in the next workout must have been too much on my already injured hand. I can’t do anything that can potentially aggravate it for 10 days. Looks like no bar work for me 🙁
