Paleo Breakfast

This one is fast and easy. Throw in a couple of handfuls of frozen shrimp from Costco into a pan on high heat. It comes in an orange bag and is precooked. Be sure to get the “Tails Off” version. I can take a picture of the bag and post later if you guys need it. Takes about 2 mins for the shrimp to defrost and heat up at the same time. Drain off excess water. Add a few drops of olive oil. Throw a couple of scrambled eggs. Shrimp Omelette in 5 mins. I topped it with Avocado, Cilantro and my Paleo Salsa. Carbs were leftover veggies from the night before.

I sort of had a Mexican Theme this week so here is another picture of some of the spices that I used this week. Next week I am going to try Asian, but I think it will be somewhat challenging trying to come up with dishes without using Salt or Soy Sauce.
